We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Ops Manager to contribute to the growth of our business by enabling tight collaboration between members of the marketing team and external departments. You'll be kind and empathetic, while being rational about the capacity of the team you are supporting. The best candidates will be focused on ensuring everyone knows what role they play, the important milestones of the company, and the technology stack in place to help them achieve the best results.

What you'll do:
Own and manage the marketing team's operationsHelp build and manage our marketing automation stack (Webflow, Mixpanel, Marketo, etc.)Work closely with marketing team leads across Growth, Product, Brand Studio, and Community to prioritize and plan marketing effortsDrive coordinated go-to-market operationsBe the main liaison between marketing and other departments (education, customer support, and product)Strive for operational efficiency and transparency through the right amount of process and unprocessWork to ensure all marketing efforts are tracked and measured appropriately in our analytics software and data warehouse. (we use Mixpanel, Segment, and Snowflake)Run the marketing Initiatives and Key Results processBe a master at delving into the success criteria of our campaigns and efforts. Use that information to help drive quarterly planning and prioritizationIdentify areas of trouble and process gaps and propose scalable solutionsEnsure marketing KPIs are correctly measured and reported in our BI toolsCreate playbooks and documentation to catalog learnings to pave the way for growth in the future
